Water. Lots and lots of water. The 100 yards of street and sidewall back to our room is under water. Look in the distance and you'll see a10-year old trying to ride his bike to school.

Oh no! I am so sorry it is raining. Water does not drain well from a low lying island. Head to the arcades for a little skeeball. Hope the weather clears before you leave. Have fun.
